Q
I started to use the power of my mind one year ago and changed my life in a really positive way. I used to live in another country and my dream was to move to London and study interior design, which happened with a lot of visualisation and work. However, when I moved to London I was stressed and stopped doing visualisations. In addition, a lot of bad things happened to me. Anyway, now I am trying to go back to a year ago when I felt so much pleasure in using the power of my mind and it was so easy for me to do it. My question is, is this normal, and which is the best way to help myself using the great power of our thoughts? One more question - I want to use meditation and visualisation. Which is better to do first and in a better way?
A
One of the most common errors in using mind power is a condition I call "coasting". Coasting is when you are doing your mind power exercises regularly and things are going so well that you "coast" on your momentum and stop doing the exercises. When you stop doing the exercises you stop getting the results. When you think about it, this makes perfect sense. Imagine you want to be fit and you eat well and work our regularly in the gym. Eventually you achieve your goal and look and feel great. However, if you stop your good habits, begin eating poorly and never work out, you go back to your old self. The same principle applies to working out mentally. The good news is that you know this system works, as you have used it before, so all you need to do is start a new program and keep with it. Regarding meditation and visualization; I would start with the meditation first as it will clear the mind and make it more receptive to the images you visualize.

Sir, I am an average person from Mumbai, India, practicing Mind Power techniques as per your Home Study Program. I wanted to know when if ever you shall be visiting India. Thanks.
A
I would love to teach in India. My book Mind Power into the 21st Century has been released there and I know a have a loyal following. I have travelled to India several times and love the country and its people. Maybe someone will organize a seminar for me. I am now putting out the energy that something will happen in India. It is amazing how different countries and cultures gain exposure to my work. Six years ago my book was published in Bulgarian and now it has sold over 240,000 copies in that language. Amazing! Now, through my publisher, I will be doing my first seminar in Bulgaria, in Sofia on April 24 & 25. It will be very exciting to be there. So let's hold the intention that this happens in India as well.
Q
Hi, I heard your talk in Vancouver about affirmations. I have followed your rules about affirmations being short, focusing on the positive, etc. I have about 5 short specific affirmations that I continue to recite to myself daily. Some affirmations have created obvious results. However, for some reason, one or two of my affirmations follows your rules, yet continue to NOT provide any results. How can I find out why some affirmations do not work while others do?
A
This is not uncommon. What you will find is that while your practices produce results in some areas, there seems to be resistance in others. The reason for this is usually because we have negative or limiting beliefs in these areas. For example, if you wish to attract money and use the affirmation, "My unique talent and creativity is richly rewarded," or "An abundance of opportunities are coming my way," that should begin to attract those things to you. However, if your beliefs about money are negative, such as, "I have to work too hard for it." or "There are no opportunities out there." or "Everybody is cutting back.", these beliefs will trump your affirmations. So when you discover areas of your life that are initially resistant to your affirmations, begin imprinting new beliefs, and these new beliefs along with the affirmations will then work well together.

Hello, I'm Niki - 19 years old from Bulgaria. I'm a guitarist in a rock band that has been together for 2 years. We recently signed a contract with a music label and our debut album is coming out soon. We've now recorded the first single and soon will shoot an official video. We're playing every month with other bands in clubs and festivals and appear in the the media as well - radio, TV. I think that we could become famous here.
Actually my dream and our target is to become a very big and famous band, like Deep Purple, Metallica, etc. We are totally committed to it! I' a very very big fan of your bestseller about mind power and the subconscious. I've read that book many times and I'll be glad if you can give some answers to me. I want and hope my (our) dream comes true! Please, give me some advice. Thank you!

I'm so happy that you have discovered this life-changing material at a young age. You have many things going for you, including following your passion. My advice is to emphasize the acknowledging technique and build up a success vibration for yourself, and to have short-term, medium-term and long-term goals that you are working on. Do the mind power exercises that are contained in the book and this website and make yourself a great and exciting life. You might be interested to know that I am coming to Sofia on April 24 & 25. Check the home page for more info. All the best, and I look forward to coming to one of your concerts somewhere in the world.

A number of years ago I read Mind Power Into the 21st Century, one of many books on the power of the subconscious I have read. I lead a busy and rewarding life. A few months ago we had a 22-year-old lass from the U K come to stay with with us. As time went on we became very good friends, and she started to confide in me some of the vey tragic things in her life They were really horrific. Anyway I gave her my copy of Mind Power. She left a couple of weeks ago and returned the book. I have just completed reading it again myself, and realise the things I had dreamt of a few years ago are now part of my life - a house in the country, lifestyle etc. I am so thrilled that I find myself wanting to do more and have even more fun in my life. I am 62 but feel that I have many more adventures to come in my life, that I still fill with the thrill of the abundance of the universe. I have no questions; the answers are all within me! 1 + 6 for me is 6,000.

Thanks for sharing this. It's true that we often forget all we have achieved in our life using these methods. May your feedback be an inspiration to others.
