Zoetic Inc., located in Vancouver, Canada, handle shipping and distribution of all John Kehoe’s products. The package you receive will list Zoetic Inc. as the sender.
Parcels delivered within Canada are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
We are located in Vancouver, so if you are a local customer, your parcel will be delivered the next business day. It will take between 1 and 3 business days for your parcel to be delivered if you live in B.C, and between 2 and 7 days to any major Canadian city. If you live outside of one of the major centers your parcel will take a few days longer, particularly if you live in a more remote location.
Parcels destined for the United States are shipped through Canada Post air or ground service.
What determines the service we use? Small packets, weighing less than 1 kg (2.2 lbs), are sent by airmail. Please note that Canada Post do not provide tracking ability for airmail service, however parcels will arrive more quickly than by ground service. Standard delivery times are: 7–10 business days by air.
Packages weighing more than 1kg (2.2 lbs) are sent by Expedited Service (ground). A tracking number is provided for this service. Once your parcel has been delivered to Canada Post and it is on its way, they will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You can track your package at www.Canadapost.ca. Standard delivery times range from 7 – 12 business days.
Parcels to destinations outside of Canada or the United States are sent by airmail via Canada Post Small Packet Service or International Parcel Service. Delivery to major cities takes approximately 6-10 business days, however, delivery to some international destinations can take from 2–5 weeks overseas for delivery depending on the destination and/or any customs delays. Please be aware that your packages may be subject to import duties of the country to which your order is shipped.
Returning an item to us is easy.
You can write to us at zoetic@shaw.ca and let us know your original order number and what item(s) you wish to return. Or if you don’t have the order number, just give us your name and we’ll find your order. You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Zoetic Inc. within 7 days of delivery for exchange or for a full refund on the product (We don’t refund the original shipping and handling charges). If you have requested an exchange, we do apply new shipping and handling charges in sending the replacement, unless of course there was an error in fulfilling your original order. We do ask that product be returned in its original product packaging. Sorry, but we won’t issue a refund on items that have obvious signs of use or that are received more than 30 days after original delivery.
If you find that we have made an error with your original order or that you have received a defective item, again, please contact us at zoetic@shaw.ca as soon as possible, or within 7 days of receipt of your product. We’ll ask you to return the item by regular mail. Once received, we’ll send out a replacement as well as credit your account for your return shipping charges.
Additionally, we will provide a partial refund on return of any CD or DVD that has had the original plastic wrap removed; that is, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment as at time of purchase, less a 15% processing fee. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible, and wait no longer than 7 days of receiving your package. Once we receive your item we will process your credit as soon as possible, generally within 1 to 4 business days. We will notify you by e-mail when the refund has been processed at our end. And you can expect your bank to take approximately 5 – 10 business days to process a credit.
Please note that if you are returning an item, such ground service carriers, such as UPS will charge duty and / or brokerage fees; and we therefore will be unable to accept your return. We recommend that you send a return parcel by regular airmail service outside of Canada, or by Canada Post regular parcel service within Canada. If you reside outside of Canada, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package to avoid unnecessary delays.
