Step 1: Describe The Type Of Person You Want
The first step is to define your ideal partner with as many details as possible.
What type of person do you want your subconscious mind to manifest? What qualities are you looking for?
If you could be with anyone, what physical and psychological traits would you choose? What are the non negotiables? Think of must-haves and nice-to-haves. Look at who you are and your values and what your needs are for you to be happy. You want to align with your ideal partner.
Do they want kids? Are they successful? What do they enjoy doing on the weekends? Are they a fun person?
You may want someone with a sense of humor, intelligence, or a great body, for example.
Step 2: Visualize Yourself With That Person
Next, visualize yourself with that person. Visualization is how you communicate your conscious desires to your subconscious mind. It’s how you “place your order to the universe”.
Visualize you and your partner sharing tender moments—intimacy, laughter, and fun. Imagine going on outings, relaxing at home, or going on vacation together. Feel the gratitude, love, and excitement of those moments as if they were happening now.
Now, visualization is not wishful thinking. We’re not hoping something will happen. Instead, we create inner experiences of what we want as if we already have it. We feel it happening.
Consistent visualization sends that energy into the universe. It draws the right people toward you.

Step 3: Focus On What You Can Give To This Person
Most people, when trying to attract someone in their life, focus on the qualities they want in a partner. They visualize themselves being with that person. That’s important; but, it’s even more critical to focus on your positive qualities—what you bring to the relationship and why someone would feel lucky to be with you.
Reflect daily on your positive qualities and the value you bring to a relationship. This will give you a confident and healthy self-image. Stand in front of the mirror, even naked, and find something about your body to appreciate. Embrace the fact that you are attractive and desirable just as you are.
By doing this, you imprint into your subconscious, changing your energy and vibration. This exercise shifts your focus from “Will I find someone?” to “Who’s lucky enough to have me as their partner?” That confidence changes everything.
You can also use affirmations to overcome negative thoughts about your self-image. Repeat the belief or truth you want to program into your subconscious mind for five minutes each day, even if it doesn’t feel true. Through repetition, affirmations will imprint into your subconscious mind and help it to resonate with the same frequency as what you’re programming.

Step 4: Ask Your Subconscious For What You Want
Next, explicitly ask your subconscious to attract you your ideal partner using affirmations.
Speak to your subconscious mind with confidence, repeating over and over what you want it to do. But word it in such a way that it is already doing so. This is what we call affirmations.
Assume you are already attracting the ideal partner when communicating with your mind, as in “My subconscious is now bringing me….” or “I am attracting an ideal partner.”
Repeat this to yourself at least ten times each day, feeling that the process is already in motion.
Step 5: Relax And Fill Your Mind With Faith
When you’re manifesting someone, doubt can settle in. One might wonder and start questioning how they’ll attract that special person.
The answers and circumstances will come to you if you trust your subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind is your partner in success. It responds to definite universal laws that make manifestation possible. But for manifesting someone, it is important you trust and let it work for you. Your conscious mind needs to get out of the way.
To do that, repeat to yourself daily that your subconscious mind is at this very moment working for you. Contemplate this truth until it becomes an absolute conviction. Don’t feel pressured or confused or try to figure out how you’re going to meet someone.
Just stick to the process and trust that special someone is on their way to you. Manifestation is a process that happens over time, not something you do once and forget about.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I keep attracting the wrong person?
If you find that you keep attracting the wrong type of partner, a subconscious part of you may be creating this.
To “fix” this pattern, you need to do inner work, particularly subconscious work. Ask yourself: “What is it in me that keeps attracting this type of person?” But don’t force the answer. Let your subconscious reveal it to you. This often happens in surprising ways.
Something within you likely wants to be noticed, acknowledged, or changed.
The pattern could stem from something you hadn’t realized. Like a childhood experience or something missing in your life. Patterns in relationships are incredibly revealing. They highlight areas where you need to shift or grow.
By doing inner work, you’ll uncover these insights. The simple act of recognizing them will help you start making changes.
What if I’m not good enough for the person I want to manifest?
We all have this wound of “I’m not good enough”. It is an energy that has infected the human species like a flu or pandemic. It holds us back in our lives, relationships, businesses, and health. There is a part of us that feels that we are not good enough and it is preventing us from sharing our gifts.
We are not PERFECT. In fact, we are deeply flawed. That is what makes us so unique. Love yourself deeply for who you are. Love yourself even with your imperfections.
From this point on, if you find yourself shaming yourself; catch it. Notice it. Immediately correct it. (The affirmations in Attracting a Fabulous Relationship will help.)
